Ronnie Dickerson Stewart is an award-winning DE&I Leader who spent 16 years in the ad industry before pivoting to serve in tech. Additionally, she is a sought-after certified Career Management & Executive Leadership Development Coach. From interns to C-Suite leaders, Ronnie has coached, consulted, and mentored countless individuals across the advertising, marketing, communications PR, and Tech industries to support them in navigating their most critical career moments. She hosts a highly engaging show on this very topic, The Career Clinic Podcast, powered by her career navigation consultancy, OhHeyCoach. 

As an industry leader, and a DEI change agent, she has received numerous awards for her efforts, including but not limited to being named an ADCOLOR Rising Star (2010) & Change Agent (2017), an ADWEEK Young Influential (2020). She has also received a 4A’s Paragon Award (2018), the 3% Conference Nancy Hill Award (2019), and in 2021 was named a She Runs It Working Mother of the Year. 

Ronnie resides in Georgia along with her husband and two sons.
