As Chief Operating Officer of dentsu Media in the Americas, Kedma helps modernize ways of working through meaningful change management using communication, engagement, education, and enablement across 3,000+ experts. She also implements innovative technology-driven solutions and new operational processes driving growth and productivity for clients.
Over the last 25 years, Kedma has earned a reputation as a business transformation leader across various disciplines, including advertising, marketing, business operations, project management, media, and technology. She has a proven track record in solving operational challenges and instituting progressive processes to enable efficiencies at scale.
Kedma joins dentsu from Publicis Groupe, where she spent the last decade holding various senior positions with the network, the most recent being the Senior Vice President of Business Operations, Project Management, and Production. She was the Senior Vice President of Media and Agency Operations at Zenith, where she led the company’s operations. Before that, she was Senior Vice President of Operations at ROAR, where she oversaw HR, Finance, Operations, and Project Management. Kedma served as Vice President of Integrated Production at Saatchi & Saatchi, where she was instrumental in building and growing the Integrated Production division and constructing high impact global creative and integrated experiences for clients like P&G, Lenovo, General Mills, and Enfamil. Before Publicis Group, Kedma held positions at Cheil NA/Barbarian Group, TBWA/Chiat/Agency.com, Ogilvy, Organic, and Scholastic.
A dedicated and passionate DEI advocate, Kedma also works with programs involving community outreach and education as well as non-profits to help elevate and increase top-to-bottom workforce visibility and inclusion for historically under-represented groups within the advertising, marketing, and technology landscape. She is currently a board member of the Digital Diversity Network, a non-profit professional association whose mission is to advance diversity, create access, and foster inclusion within the digital and technology sectors.
Additionally, Kedma is an active mentor for the Emma Bowen Foundation as well as Of Home, Family and Future, Inc. and has sat on various committees for several organizations, including the AAF Mosaic Council and She Runs It Multicultural Alliance.
Kedma is a sought after thought leader, where she has been featured in publications like Forbes, MediaPost, and SHOOT Magazine and has spoken at various industry events.
Kedma graduated from The Fashion Institute of Technology in N.Y. with a B.S. in Marketing Communications.
Kedma, a native New Yorker, lives in Brooklyn with her three children. When she isn’t solving operational challenges, she is working on her passion project, Mélange Media, a platform dedicated to multicultural content.
