Jessica McGlory has emerged as the go-to DTC leader across growth, strategy, and innovation. Currently, Jessica is Head of Growth at Verb Energy, an energy food brand determined to make people feel incredible every day with its delicious and healthy products. Previously, Jessica led the platforms team at Bombas, pushing forward how performance marketing could drive the brand including leading the highly regarded Bombas x Pride Campaign that was covered by Facebook, Twitter, and Cheddar TV. Often flying under the radar, Jessica has propelled performance of brands across industries including UGG, Disney Streaming Services (ESPN+), EyeBuyDirect, Funko, and over 20 more.
Jessica is also a dedicated leader in the fight against systemic oppression and racial injustice, even creating the marketing collective We’re Not Saving Lives which aims to get the marketing help often needed to Black-owned brands to see their growth skyrocket. Jessica has also worked with people of color across the industry giving salary negotiation advice resulting in an average of $20K incremental bump in salaries.
